Can't add new genus to database

The function that would allow one to add a new genus to the Plants/Rock Garden Plants database is inaccessible.  

From the Create Plant screen (accessed by clicking on one's user name in the upper right of the screen and then on Create Plant from the Create Content area in the left-hand column), one should be able to add a new genus to the database, if it is not already in the genus dropdown list.

In the sentence underneath the Genus dropdown box, the word "here" should take you to a new screen that allows it.   However, clicking on "here" takes you to an error message, as follows:

     Safari can't find the server.  Safari can't open the page "" because Safari can't find the server "".

Could someone please address this problem?
