Would you like a spouse or other member of your household who is not a member of NARGS to attend the meeting with you? NARGS now provides for an Additional Household Membership that has all of the benefits of regular membership except an additional issue of the Quarterly for only $10 a year. You can find out how to register an Additional Member by looking at How do I register an additional member?
If you are not a member of NARGS you can join here or read our FAQ: How do I join NARGS? Attending NARGS meetings is only one of the many benefits. Additionally you can participate in the Seed Exchange, receive a subscription to the Rock Garden Quarterly, and be able to view all of the back issues of the Quarterly and its predecessor, the Bulletin of the American Rock Garden Society.
Fees: The Conference registration fee includes all programs, hikes, boxed lunches Saturday and Sunday, dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights.
Registration received ( or post marked) by April 1st, 2016 - US$360/person.
Registration received on or after April 2nd, 2016 - US$375/person.
Closing date for all registration is June 1, 2016
You may a bring a guest to the dinners and evening lectures for an additional US$100.
There is a $25 cancelation fee until May 1, 2016. There will be no refunds after that date except in extraordinary circumstances. Please direct questions to our registrar Lori Giesecke (see below)
Reservations for dorm rooms at the Steamboat Springs campus of the Colorado Mountain College are on the registration form. (Please note that dorm rooms hold three so only one person in a party should reserve a dorm room.) Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Rabbit Ears Motel or Nordic Lodge via phone or online. Mention you are with the NARGS conference. Please see the Accommodations page. In any case it is a good idea to reserve early as hotel rooms fill up quickly in late June.s
