Liliums 2015

We are a month into what could be an extreme summer and though many of the Liliums have done reasonably well, signs of heat stress are evident on these two Orientpets, Ovation and (presumeably) Belladonna:

Later flowering liliums are often caught out by summers here and a few others are aborting buds already,

This is the first flower we've had on this Orient-Pet 'Robert Swanson', purchased from Club Creek Bulb Farm in May 2014.

The color really stands out in the rather parched landscape at present!
