Hello all
my name is Krish .I am from Saskatoon(zone 2b) ,Canada. Alpine garden is new to me. in fact I do not know the meaning of the term till 4 years ago.My family migrated from the southern tip of india to North America 20years ago.For the last 13 years I am in Saskatoon. Both me and my hubby work at the university here.I always read the messages posted here. Two years ago I sent some private messages also to Lori and Malcolm about saxifrage.I met Lori last spring at the Calgary alpine plant sale. She was very helpful. I was not sure how to post messages in this forum till now but today I found out how to do that. That is really easy . I have a small alpine section in the back yard.
regards
Krish

Well, I supposed it is a belated welcome to the forum, then(!) ;D  Nevertheless, we are very glad to see you here, Krish!  And it's great that you have figured out how to participate by posting messages on the boards.  We'd love to see examples of your garden...

I agree with Rick Krish! It's good to hear from you... glad  you have found that it's really not s hard to post here... perhaps  you'll be encouraged enough to post  again on the SRGC Forum ,too... we'd love to hear more from you there, too!

Another belated welcome since we've been in touch already, but always good to have some other folks in chilly places to compare notes with :)

Yes, it seems often you get the weather systems a little after us. We should get -8C today, and didn't have any daytime below -teens..
