The beauty of pollination

I saw the following link mentioned in an Alpine-L post, and thought it should also be posted here. It's a beautifully produced film with amazing photography. I believe the video was part of a TED Talk (http://www.ted.com/talks). Enjoy

:o :o :o :o :o (I would just keep going!)

The photography is stupendous!  I particularly like the bats and how the moonlight showed through the wings revealing the skeletal fingers.  And that must really be a feat carrying that large baby around...

I am in awe ... the future of natural history filming/capture is in very safe hands.
Isn't it strange, I never watched it when it was posted on Alpine_L, but clicked it immediately upon your recommendation Mark?  ;)

True enough Cliff, when presented with a starting image and beckoning "start arrow", it is click-enticement.  It is also "one click away" on a text-only Alpine-L message, but when there are so many text links among the dry body of text, it is easy to skip over them, versus being visually seduced into clicking ;).  The YouTube "plugin" was installed on the forum (lower left button in the message editing tool set) to allow adding embedded YouTube links complete with an image.
