The chapter normally meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM at the SMILE Station, 8210 SE 13th Avenue in Sellwood (SE 13th Avenue and Tenino Street), Portland. Admission is free and non-members are welcome. Programs may be subject to change.
