Debra Knapke My gardens are an eclectic mix of trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials. They include: two rock gardens, an herb garden, a young dwarf conifer garden, a thyme lawn, a shade area, a tough plant garden, an edge of the woodland garden, vegetable and fruit gardens and four cats. (How else does one keep down the rodent population?) All are packed into 2/3 of an acre, and the lawn is disappearing fast.
