This is a garden belonging to horticulture and botany teacher Chuck Levine. Covering an acre in suburban Minneapolis, the garden is part reclamation project being built from found rock, woodchips and stump grindings. Most plants are labeled. the plant collections are arranged in outdoor 'rooms' with several rock gardens, woodland, meadow, prairie, bog, pond etc. Collections include Hosta, Asters, Peonies, Grasses, Conifers, Daylilies, hardy cacti, ferns, several thousand bulbs and many others. |

We have been gardening since 1964. The gardens cover 3/4 of an acre in Roseville close to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. There are two rock gardens, a bog garden, perennial gardens, cactus garden, wild flowers, etc,. pond, creek, There are many varieties of the following plant collections: Alpine plants, Martegon and Asiatic Lilies, Intergenerational Peonies, Tree Peonies, standard Peonies, Trillium, Cypripedium, Dodecatheon, Hosta and conifers. |
